Secure Email - Instructions

To protect our customers' and our own communications, Midwest BankCentre has implemented MBC SecureMail, a secure email solution powered by ZixCorp email encryption services. This will ensure all personally identifiable financial information remains safe and confidential. Secure messaging ensures against fraud and consumer identity theft. It's also an effective way to conduct financial business. Midwest BankCentre prides itself on its customer service and believes this new feature will provide you with both safety and convenience.

Retrieve Secure Email

1. To retrieve your secure email, click the link provided in the email notification.  

Create a Password

1. If you have not already created a password, you will be taken to a Password Creation screen. Create a password and click "submit." You will use this password each time you log in.

2. After submitting, you’ll receive a new email asking you to activate your account.

3. Click on the link to activate your new password. 

4. You may now log into your Midwest BankCentre SecureMail online account.

 

 Composing Secure Email

1. Click compose tab to compose your message.

2. Click send to send.

Your Mailbox

Messages in your mailbox are deleted fourteen (14) days after receipt.
